Product Description
Alloy steel pipe is mainly used for high pressure and high temperature pipes and equipment in power plants, nuclear power plants, high pressure boilers, high temperature superheaters and reheaters. It is made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel, and is hot rolled (extruded, expanded) or cold rolled (drawn).27MnSi5 alloy steel has high hardenability, the critical hardenability diameter in water is 8~22mm, good machinability, medium cold deformation plasticity and weldability; In addition, the toughness of steel is not much reduced during heat treatment, but it has quite high strength and wear resistance, especially in water quenching; However, this steel is highly sensitive to white spots, and has temper brittleness tendency and overheating sensitivity during heat treatment. Most of them are used as hot stamping parts with high toughness and wear resistance after quenching and tempering. The tractor cover pin can also be used as casting. Products used in geological drilling, oil drilling, oil drill collars, automobile halfshafts, ships, etc.
