1,Who is HYTHYT is a manufacturer specializing in steel exporting business for 8 years. HYT main steel products include plate, sheet, coil, strip, bar, pipe, tube, etc. made of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel.
2,How long is HYT steel pipe delivery time?
lt takes around 3-5 days for the regular models, and 7 to 10 working days for the special sizes and processing. lt is based on the order quantity and requirement.
3,Does HYT provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we would send you small samples for free; the size is 80x110mm. And the sample book is 250x350mm. Most of models have stock, and also can be customized and need around 4 to 6 days.
4,What are terms of delivery and payment?
Accepted Delivery Terms: EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF,DDU,DDP
Accepted Payment Terms: T/T, L/C, D/P, etc.
5,Does HYT have any assurance for steel products?
You will get a physical and mechanical test report of the product that you order from steel mill. In addition, you can enjoy free exchange and return policy due to steel product quality and after-sales warranty for 1 year.
6,Does HYT offer a service for customized products?
Yes, we can produce customized products exactly as your specification and CAD drawing.
