1. Precision manufacturing: Cold-drawn seamless steel tubes are manufactured through the cold drawing process, which guarantees dimensional accuracy and smoothness. The surface has high finish, and the inner and outer walls are defect-free, meeting the requirements for high-precision applications.Our tolerance can be guaranteed at ±0.1mm.
2.Excellent mechanical properties: During the manufacturing process of cold-drawn seamless steel tubes, the material undergoes plastic deformation, resulting in grain refinement and improved hardness and strength. Compared to hot-rolled seamless steel tubes, cold-drawn seamless steel tubes have higher tensile strength, compressive strength, and impact resistance.
