Production process: The production process of precision steel pipes mainly includes steps such as cold drawing, cold rolling and cold extrusion.
1. Cold drawing: The most common production process of precision steel pipes is cold drawing, which means cold processing of hot-rolled steel pipes, and drawing them to make the diameter and wall thickness meet the requirements.
2. Cold rolling: The cold rolling process is to cold process the hot-rolled steel billet. Through multiple passes of rolling and drawing, the size of the steel pipe is gradu.
